Commissions

Commission Prices: [link]

So, I don't know what happened, but in the past month I've gotten more commissions than I have in the past year. o_o;; Here's a list of what I'm doing/have done:

:bulletblue: Logo for a game called "Simple Squid". Could lead to future logo and banner work.
:bulletblue: Painting for Henning: wedding photograph?
:bulletblue: Painting for Terry: watercolour of a dog
:bulletblue: tattoo design for Jaime
:bulletblue: tattoo design for Kyle

There's also a couple projects I'm working on: a group called "Comangled Productions" (at least, that's the consensus) that will be producing comics; getting another painting that I've already done to Terry because she wants to buy it from me; possible two other commission contacts from DA about large-scale commercial logo work; a collaboration/commission with a gentleman in London; and another possible commission from a guy from my church who wants his children's books illustrated.

Holy. Cow. This is good stuff. :D

Anyway, it's time for bed. :)

At least you get comissions. I gave up on that for the time being but maybe the 2009 Fanime might produce some results. Doesn't help the economy sucks right now though...

Haha, I can't afford Fanime con :( Or any con for that matter. I've got my rent to pay :cries:

Heh that's okay, I dunno if I can pay the ticket and the table rent fee next year. I need to get a job first. I quit my old job but there is no way I'm going back

I love my current job :) I'm sad to leave it to go back to school, but they said they'd welcome me back in the winter :D

Actually I loved the work I did (I worked in a bakery as a cashier/cookie maker/cake decorator) but I hated my coworkers. They were arrogant idiots and I was sick and tired of being their fall guy...er girl...that and it was a 45 minute commute. I'm hoping maybe I can get a job at school.

ooooh, yeah, a 45-minute commute will get you. My job is only 15 minutes up the road, and that's only because I live off an old service road. :XD: I used to live in the boondocks, and now they've made it into a city in 15 years :cries:

45 minutes on a train can be worse even if in comparision it's cheaper than gas.
